The last Makers Club meeting has come and gone for the 2017-2018 school year. I have tried to add in new ideas, activities, and technologies along the way to give students new options. I definitely think it worked better this year when I had planned and structured activities every few meetings. It seemed that if the students had too many "free choice" days they didn't know what to do with themselves. I am already excited to recruit new members and am planning for the next Makers Faire (it's going to be October 18 if you want to get it on your calendar now!!) . I really love having a Makers Club and space for our students. They get to tinker, play, try things they never would have, and work with others. See you all next year my Makers!
